Documented Clinical Case 1

Dental and skeletal Class I overbite.

Case of dental and skeletal Class I overbite corrected by posterior dentoalveolar expansion by changing the torque of premolars and molars, and relative intrusion by increasing the coronal torque of upper and lower incisors and also correction of severe tip and rotation of mandibular canines, in a young adult patient with meso-brachyfacial pattern.

Treated only with aligners and QuickSmile biomechanical protocols using posterior torque shift expansion, relative intrusion of upper and lower incisors and correction of improper tip and torque of both mandibular canines.
