Case of Class II dental left subdivision and ipsilateral posterior crossbite with moderate-severe crowding in an adult patient where a simultaneous sequential distalization of the 2nd and 3rd quadrants has been performed, in addition to the derotation of premolars and lower first molar without any anchorage.

Treated only with aligners and QuickSmile biomechanical protocols using sequential double distalization (quadrants 2 and 3 simultaneously), but without elastics and without TADs.
